Ohio 9-1-1 Administrator
Rob Jackson was named the Ohio 9-1-1 Administrator on March 23, 2015. This position leads the Ohio Emergency Services Internet-Protocol Network (ESINet) Steering Committee as the designee of the State Chief Information Officer. The 9-1-1 Program Office coordinates and facilitates communications concerning 9-1-1 issues among state, federal, regional and local 9-1-1 and public safety communications officials.

Support and Compliance Coordinator
Sharon brings with her more than 30 years of public safety experience, most recently serving as the director of administration for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office. Sharon will be tasked with developing and implementing a compliance and support program to ensure that all PSAPs falling under the jurisdiction of the PSAP Operations Rules are meeting the standards. The Ohio 9-1-1 Program Office is excited to have Sharon on board as a valuable addition to the team.

Melissa Wulliger joined the staff of the 9-1-1 Program Office in October of 2015. Melissa handles a variety of administrative tasks for the 9-1-1 Program Office.

Research and Logistics
Nick Levin began serving as a part-time employee and will be working on a variety of internal projects, such as this website, and logistical tasks to help the 9-1-1 Program Office work toward the goals and objectives of the office and the ESINet Steering Committee.
